This place suits me perfectly. It provides everything I need, free wi-fi, a fitness centre, and 24-hour reception. I'll never forget how the staff offered me a hot drink when I was cold. I'm coming back for a xmas.

It was just a fine choice for a flying visit in Auburn with great value. The woman at the front desk was friendly and got us in our room quickly. Make sure to check the heating system, as it has only two settings—hot or cold.

Consider requesting a room away from the corridors, as they often contain a smoke smell from other guests.

The breakfast's baguettes were fab, and the nearby Mesa Grande serves up killer tacos worth raving about. Plus, Dev, the owner, was super friendly and helpful, making my solo travels a breeze.
But come on, the room’s state was wild—worn carpets and missing smoke detectors practically scream for an upgrade. Disappointing? That’s putting it lightly, folks. I was just about ready to slip on a banana peel on those stairs!

can't wait to go back.
The room I stayed in was spacious with a Queen bed, great air conditioning, and had nice amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, and flat-screen TV. I enjoyed access to a fitness centre too. They had a comfortable seating area and all the toiletries you need. It was quiet too, perfect for a good night's sleep.

I couldn’t even walk around barefoot, the carpet felt disgustingly filthy. And don’t even get me started on breakfast, which desperately needs help, it was a pathetic spread of bread with jam in gross containers. I almost thought of giving a good review, but then I remembered the disastrous room conditions.

Room had a nice fridge, but the toilet was misfiring all night.

We stayed in a spacious Deluxe Double Room with my mum and kids. The highlight was that children under 17 stayed free with an adult, which made our trip more affordable. The staff was nice, and the location was easy to access for our family activities.
My wife says that the breakfast options could use a serious upgrade.

Good for budget travelers
Staff was incredibly friendly,, especially Susan at the front desk who talked with us about local history. The free YMCA entry was a nice bonus and saved us from missing out on a workout after long days of exploring.
It wasn't exactly cheap,, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

The location was so convenient for using as a base camp for exploring the Finger Lakes golfing spots! The staff were super friendly and helpful with local suggestions. The beds were clean like a breath of fresh air.
Everything was first-rate.

missingWrote a review on 26 Aprhelpful staffconvenient locationcleanliness issuelimited breakfastpoor restroom condition
Rooms had significant cleanliness issues, including stained carpets and a filthy restroom upon arrival, which left a bad first impression. The front desk staff was friendly and tried to be helpful, switching us to a different room when we complained, although the replacement was only marginally better. Breakfast lacked variety and could greatly benefit from an upgrade, while access to decent-quality coffee and snacks was limited. The location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions, but it falls short of being a recommendable stay due to overall hygiene concerns.
